Prince and Princess Alfons of Bavaria – nine honorary certificates or diplomas, 1898 - 1932, plus four other gifts of honourHonorary diploma on his appointment to honorary member of the Association of former members of the 1st Royal Bavarian Infantry Regiment "König" dated 8 November 1898. Photographic print in black and red in the style of M. Pfister with the signatures of the committee and stamps of the Association. Dimensions approx. 70 x 55 cm. Certificate of the Pioneer and Transportation Units Association Munich on the Prince's honorary membership from April 1924. Printed motif in the style of Prof. Anton Hoffmann, 1903, and L. Schmeidl, 1924, the text partly written in calligraphy in gold, red, blue and black ink. Signatures of the first management board member, secretary and treasurer as well as stamps of the Association. Dimensions 43.8 x 34.8 cm.Certificate of honorary membership in the united aviation associations of Bavaria dated 15 August 1925. Certificate in gold and black with the signatures of the chairman and deputy chairman. Dimensions 57 x 38 cm, two corners slightly damaged. Honorary certificate for Princess Alfons of Bavaria as an honorary member of the Veterans Association Munich Au, dated 18 April 1925. Coloured art nouveau certificate, the dedication text partly written in calligraphy, signature of a committee member and stamp of the Association. In a passepartout, dimensions 71.5 x 58 cm.Honorary certificate of the Veterans and Soldiers Association Munich-Haidhausen dated 24 April 1926 in gratitude for the Prince's taking over the protectorate on 5 December 1925. Colour printed motif in the style of Professor Anton Hoffmann, signatures of the first management board member and the secretary. In a passepartout, dimensions 67 x 53 cm.Honorary membership certificate of the Volunteer Ambulance Corps Ludwigstadt, dated 24 January 1927. Certificate in black and red in the style of O. Pilde with the signature of the Corps leader and Corps stamp. Somewhat stained, the edges damaged. Dimensions 48.5 x 62 cm.Sealed invitation of "Pappenheim's Squadron" to the banquet on the occasion of their 70th anniversary on 5 February 1927. Certificate in black and red with the printed signature of Ceremoniarius Dr. Wilhelm Sohler, a red wax seal attached to the lower edge on a black and yellow cord (cracked once, but complete). Dimensions 70.5 x 47 cm.Possession document for the decoration of the State Association of members of the former Royal Bavarian Heavy Artillery, dated 30 November 1930. Certificate in gold, blue and black, partly in calligraphy, partly painted, with the signature of chairman OTL Trautmann and stamp of the Association. In a passepartout, dimensions 58 x 42 cm.Certificate of congratulation on the 70th anniversary of the State Association of Bavarian Riding and Driving Clubs on 24 January 1932. Original watercolour by Angelo Jank depicting a horseman with the royal Bavarian standard, the artist's signature at the top right, below which the dedication text in blue and grey calligraphy. Dimensions 65 x 47 cm.Includes a Roll of Honour (tr.) "Commemorating the Military Service in the 18th Bavarian Reserve Infantry Regiment" of the Regimental Association, presumably 1920s. Certificate printed in shades of black and brown with a depiction of an infantryman in position on the western front. Dimensions 65 x 50 cm, the edges damaged. A large-format group photograph of the Firefighter Society "Jagdfreunde" Munich in 1926, measuring 35.5 x 42.5 cm.
