Very responsive and professional staff, quick processing of my order, all the necessary documentation handled by email, easy payment process. Shipping cost seemed high to me, UNTIL I actually received my package. My item was a large framed photograph with fragile glass and delicate frame details. I was extremely impressed with the degree of protection given to my item — multiple layers & double boxed — which was appropriate for such an irreplaceable object. The cost was justified, and I am very pleased overall. Highly recommend these folks!
