Item was great

I purchased a sign and the description said it was a metal sign. When I received it it was made out of some type of pressed board material. It was packaged to ship to me in a way that caused the corners to bend. This caused the paint to peel off and now the item looks unsightly. The board is very brittle where the damage occurred and will be very hard to hang on display. The owner promised to resolve the issue with me but never followed up after an apology email. I was totally ignored after 2 emails and a phone call. Very disappointed.
