Misrepresentation of objects.
They sold me plastic as carved wood, and I wasn't there to inspect it..!!!! Waste of my money...

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not have any record of you buying something classified as 'carved wood' from us, so we are a bit confused about this review. For future reference, we welcome any requests for more information about our items before all sales.

Picked up my item in person. The front desk person Lisa was awesome. She responded to my every email and was there early for me to pick up.

Horrible Customer Service and Item Not Received
Beware of this auction house. Lisa was very unhelpful. I had a sudden unexpected emergency situation, and she basically shrugged it off and told me that she would have to file a dispute if I didn't pay by 1/08. So, I paid for the item by the date indicated above, and I have yet to receive any shipping information for the item. I have left multiple messages asking about shipping with no response. I am going to have to resell the item due to overwhelming medical bills, and, thankfully, I found a buyer. However, he has been waiting for me to receive the item from the auction house. It's now 1/20 and no word from Lisa. Apparently, she will only respond if the auction house doesn't receive their money right away. Terrible experience. Make sure you read the conditions of sale carefully. I very rarely leave a bad review, as I usually have faith in people, but this experience has been absolutely abysmal.

after one month still not received the items, they pay 57 USD for shipment, but charge me 100USD,
i buy lots of items, but never like this. they pay 57 USD for lowest priority shipment, but charge me 100 USD in the bill. after one month, i still not receive my items. Do not trust this auction house again.

Shiyong, We are sorry you have had an unpleasant experience with us. We do our best to provide the best service possible to every customer. Initially, due to the size of your order and the international destination we recommended a third party shipper because it was more than we typically handle. You demanded we ship it in house or you would cancel your order. We worked very hard with you to make the in house shipping work since that is what you asked for. I'm not sure how you came up with the price we supposedly paid to ship this package, but we also charge handling... And this order was oversized. We shipped this promptly and provided tracking information. The package was stuck in customs in America for a very long time, yes, but we don't have control over that. Now it seems it's in customs in Mexico, which we also don't have control over. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and that you have not received your package in a timely manner. It is now, as it has been since Oct 19, in the USPS's hands. We hope they get this package to you soon. Kind regards, Converse Auctions
