To ensure a smooth auction process, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing any bids. 1. Bidder's Responsibilities and Obligations All participants must fully understand and agree to these terms before placing a bid. By placing a bid, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions and agree to bear responsibility for all actions during the auction. The highest bid will determine the winning buyer. In case of disputes, the auctioneer has the right to decide the buyer and may choose to withdraw or re-auction the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or disallow certain bids. Prior to participating, bidders should conduct necessary research and evaluations of the auction items. Professional advice may be sought to review the condition of items. All auctioned items are consigned by third parties, and the company does not directly own the items being auctioned. The company is not liable for consequences resulting from a bidder's failure to perform due diligence. 2. Item Condition and Authenticity Guarantee All items are sold "as is," and the auction house does not make any guarantees or warranties regarding their description, authenticity, author, provenance, condition, or any other aspect. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items they are interested in. Descriptions of items are based on the information provided by the consignor and our subjective experience. Item images are for reference only, and actual colors, textures, and sizes may vary. If an item has flaws or damage, it is assumed to have signs of use unless explicitly stated otherwise. The estimated values of items are only market references, and the final auction price may differ. We offer a 30-day authenticity guarantee: Before the payment is transferred to the consignor, the buyer may commission a trusted third-party expert to provide a written authentication report. If the expert confirms that the item is not as described, and the item is returned in its original condition, we will provide a full refund, excluding shipping, insurance, and other fees. 3. Buyerâ??s Commission and Fees A buyerâ??s commission of 5-8% will be added to the final hammer price, which will automatically be calculated and included in the total payment. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, destination, and shipping method of the items and will be listed separately on the invoice. Most EU orders include taxes, but buyers in some regions may still be responsible for import duties and customs fees. All taxes, customs duties, and any other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. 4. Payment Policy After the auction ends, the auctioneer will contact the winning bidder within three working days and send the invoice link. The buyer must pay the shipping fees and any applicable taxes, duties, or fees for items coming from outside the buyer's country. Accepted payment methods include major credit or debit cards (processed through Stripe or PayPal), or wire transfer. For transactions exceeding $2,500, payment must be made via bank wire in USD. Full payment of the invoice is required. If the buyer fails to fulfill any obligations, including not paying the full amount for the winning bid, the auction house has the right to exercise all legal rights and remedies, including but not limited to canceling the sale, using the buyer's payment to cover losses caused by the breach, or reselling the item at auction, and requiring the buyer to pay any shortfall and related costs. 5. Shipping Policy Items with a total value of $100 or more will be upgraded to express shipping, with an initial shipping fee of $50 (including tracking and insurance), with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 working days. Multiple items may be combined for shipping to optimize shipping costs based on conditions. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or other additional fees for the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for details. The auction house may, upon request, package and arrange delivery at the buyer's risk. The buyer assumes responsibility for all packaging, handling, and delivery risks. The auction house is not liable for any loss or damage to the items during shipping. 6. Bidding Constitutes a Contract All bids are considered the buyer's intention to purchase. Once a bid is accepted, it becomes a binding contract, and the buyer must pay the final hammer price. Payments must be made within three working days of receiving the invoice. If payment is delayed, we will initiate dispute procedures, and the item may be resold. Negative records will be kept, and any associated fees will be pursued. The buyer may be restricted from participating in future auctions. By placing a bid, the bidder is considered to have inspected the item or chosen to waive the inspection and agrees to the itemâ??s description. 7.
