Very helpful team
Bought a beautiful rug on Buy it now after the lot passed at auction. Very diligent about answering questions about pickup timing, and the fellow who met me at the gallery was extremely nice and helpful. Would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

Great customer service and shipping
I initially tried to ship with the on-line Internet auctioneer but after two weeks I contacted Lisa at the Arts Auction and they totally helped. She dropped off the painting at the local UPS Store where they did a great job packing it and shipping. The cost was less than half of what the Internet auctioneer was going to charge and I had it in two days (standard shipping). Based on the way it was packed, there was no way it would have been damaged short of the truck driving off a cliff. I recommend Art Auctioneers. Answered every phone call and was very responsive. Feel safe bidding here. 5 stars. Thanks again Lisa.
