One of the best auction house experiences I’ve ever had. They really went above and beyond to accomodate my pretty unusual shipping needs and were incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. They are so different from the other auction houses out there that either never respond, respond days later, or when they do they can come across borderline rude or annoyed. With Atomic every single interaction was polite, professional, friendly, and they replied almost right away every time. The packaging was absolutley outstanding too. Everything was packed with so much care and arrived perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Their selection of items is also amazing. They always seem to have such an awesome collection that feels very carefully selected and different from the same repetitive things you see elsewhere. And Chaido is probably the nicest and most accomodating person I’ve ever dealt with in this business. Seriously. Just incredibly kind, responsive, and willing to help in every way possible. The whole experiance felt more like dealing with an ultra luxury top notch boutique rather then your typical auction house. Their customer service is easily the best I’ve experienced. Very much looking forward to their next auction already and I would highly recomend them to anyone.
