Very helpful
We went to pick up the item and didn’t fit in our vehicle. The staff was so helpful and efficient; they not only offered a few alternatives, but made phone calls in our behalf, found addresses, and all the information for us to be able to get the item home. We were very pleased with them, excellent service!!

Condition Not as Described in Condition Report
I asked for a condition report prior to bidding on a pair of gilt sconces and was told that the sconces had "a nice patina and variation in the gilt." The online picture did not clearly show the condition relating to any potential wear on or loss of the gilding, so I placed a bid based on the condition report that I received. I won the bid. After receiving the items, I discovered that the "variation" in the gilt turned out to be total losses of gilt in large spots all over the sconces that appear more as rust in both appearance and texture. I am now left with the conundrum of trying to decide whether to try to display the sconces in their current state or take on the additional expense of having the sconces restored.

I have purchased a number of items from online auctions. Some auctions companies I would stay away from-King Galleries is certainly not one of them. Their customer service and items are the best! Truly the best experience I could have wanted with King!
