Bed was shipped from the auction house in Atlanta to Dallas and arrived in perfect condition. Kings was patient as the shipper worked out a time and date to make pick up, and was in contact with me when the shipper tried to pick it up in the middle of a severe thunderstorm, looking out for me! Great experience, love my bed!

One thing that jumps out if you pick up your lot from King Galleries is the friendliness of all the staff members. Everyone asks if you need help. Everyone greets you kindly. Might sounds like a minor thing, but it creates a very positive experience. Bravo!!

Super easy to buy at King. Phone answered by knowledgeable staff, descriptions are spot on and items are exactly as described. I almost don't want to leave such a glowing review as once the public catches on, the prices for their high quality goods will most assuredly go up. King is the best kept secret in the auction/collectibles world. I've bought better pieces from King than I've found at the bigger houses, at a fraction of the cost!
