Manor auctions took the worry out of making our first highway man purchase. We were also able to go to pickup our treasure and was very impressed with the service and efficiency of the process. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I have purchased several paintings with Manor Auctions and have had great buying experiences. One thing I really appreciate is that when you buy with them you know you are buying an authentic item. When you call during office hours someone always answers the phone and can answer your questions. Shipping is easy. If you go to pick up, their showroom is lovely and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. This is my favorite auction house and I highly recommend it. I look forward to their monthly auctions.

Unlike many sellers, Manor is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating before and after purchase. I identified multiple items that I wanted to purchase and they were very kind in holding all of the items until I could retrieve them in one trip (which is not the stated policy). They were very understanding of the distance that I had to travel and kept my items safe and secure until I bought the last painting and made arrangements to get them.

I purchased from Manor Auctions a handful of times over the years, I believe this was the first instance which the stated condition was bad enough for me to reach out. The lot was for a group of 8 articles and Manor stated "Condition: Crazing to many of the pieces". They did not mention extensive restoration to the two most valuable pieces. Upon contacting them they simply forwarded me their terms of service that states grouped lots are for dealers and sold as is. I don't have an issue with grouped lots being sold as and for dealers, but providing a condition that is inaccurate and not standing behind the condition is at best manipulative. The price people bid goes higher than it would with no condition stated and I'm left with a lot worth less than $200 that I paid $330 plus shipping for.

LOVE this piece. Sadly, the other piece I really wanted was sold to a lower bidder than what my absentee bid was. I am crushed. Some sort of problem with absentee bid not being seen by auctioneer? Had no idea that kind of problem could occur.

The owner Paul, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The manager, Lin is competent and helpful. They are great to do business with, whether buying or selling.,

The description stated this was a limited edition, it was Not plus the cost to ship this framed print cost more than the print itself!

The internet pictures are color correct. The catalog sent to my daughter as well as myself has cost me more than I care to think about. The owner Paul has made repeated deliveries to my house and given wonderful advise on future acquisitions as well as professional evaluation on potential sale items. A real pleasure to do business with.

Wonderful communication between Manor Auction and shipper.

Owner calls leaves message, “do it my way or don’t call and bother us”, for me, too hard to pay, jump through loops, payment should be easy and seamless, these guys are not. One bad one out of 20 I bid with.

I always look forward to Manor Auctions Florida Highwaymen sales. They get exceptional paintings that are accurately described. Their after auction procedures are smooth, no problems at all. The only problem is I'm running out of wall space. Tom
