Lied about location.
The auction posted that it was located in Vero Beach, Florida, close to my home. It was actually in Jacksonville, Florida which is not. I had to pay over $500.00 for shipping that I should not have had to pay. I am very upset.

Appreciate In-house shipping
This was one of the auction house that offers in-house shipping. It was reasonably priced. When I looked at other auction houses that use outside shipping, the charges were outrageous to pack and ship the items. So their in-house option is GREAT

Item was broken.
I finally had to cancel the charge. I packed up the broken crystal for them to pick up and it is still at my office.

VERY REPUTABLE
I like dealing with Manor because they notify you immediately when you win, and send your invoice almost as quickly. They make it simple for you to pay with a credit card so you can take care of your business and not have to worry that no one has contacted you yet. Then they shipped the item immediately; I received it three days later.

Accuracy of infor,
I have bought several items from Manor and this was not my best experience. No measurements were provide and the photos were not at all representative of the size of earrings. The gemstones were described as Tourmaline and the test as Rhodolite Garnet.
