Copake Auction Inc. has been the longest running auction house in Columbia County New York for over 50 years. Mike Fallon purchased the auction gallery in 1985 and was joined by his son, Seth Fallon, in 1995. Copake Auction is a family business and conducts auctions monthly! Auctions feature 750 cataloged lots culled from estates.
We also conduct annual specialty auctions including our antique bicycle auction, which is the largest of its kind and draws people to Columbia County from around the United States and abroad, and our annual textile auction.

*********** Great Auction House _ Wonderful Venue with Experienced, Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff **************** I drove down to one of the Copake Auctions first in 2024 for some Items I saw Online that were in the Auction. It was a 3-hour drive and I got there in enough time to view all the Auction Lots before the Bidding began. It was exciting to be in the audience and watch each item come up for bid combined with the Online bids too. It was a very warm, congenial, friendly atmosphere and just happened to correspond to the Birthday of the owner Mike Fallon. It was a lot of fun. I was the successful bidder on everything I was interested in and more. I purchased a few other things that I saw while I was there. It was a three to four hour auction, and they were gracious enough to serve pizzas from a local restaurant to everyone in the crowd along with some wonderful Birthday cake for dessert!... I had a fabulous time and highly recommend the Copake Auction House to anyone out there. The Online Bidding is fun, but it is even more fun being there in person, being part of the action. Mike and Seth Fallon are truly great Auctioneers, and highly reputable. FIVE STARS ***** to both as well as the attentive staff. _ Paul (Upstate New York)

Trustworthy company
I purchased 2 wrought iron pieces several weeks ago and was totally pleased with the process. The pieces were exactly as described, the payment and shipping process was flawless. Everything went great! As a first time buyer with Copake auctions I cannot say enough good things about them. I will definitely buy from them again!
