Great company, easy to work with! Great items, good price! Very happy!

No in-house shipping resulting in a $25.00 transfer fee. unable to use debit card. check took 10 days to clear. picture and description did not show amount of rust and pitting. first time calling your auction house was not given time to ask question as the guy said "I have another call" and hung up.

Everything went very smoothly though it is very hard to park if you are picking up your items

Auction house staff was very rude. "Shouting"-using capital letters in email. Referred shipping agents charges were unbelievably high. I have paid for the item (on time) but due to the extremely expensive shipping rate, i asked the auction house to discard the item-throw it away. And they said "we will send you storage bill". Unbelievable. I never seen such poor customer service
