This promises to be an exciting sale that will feature an important Pasternak manuscript draft, the legendary Opyt o Prosveshenii by Pnin (confiscated back in 1803, after it was discovered that the author was arguing for the liberation of serfs ), a rare 1913 folio of lithographs by Goncharova and Larionov (only a few known), an one of a kind collection of Constructivist textile designs, a collection of rare Russian Isotype stencils, scarce space autographs, and scores of scarce to rare Constructivist books. The magazine section includes the complete runs of SA, and Avant-Garde Almanac. The poster and photography section features Rodchenko's Dobrolet and rare photomontage showing John Heartfield, with Rodchenko's notes on reverse. There is a great selection of books on architecture, and many children's books. There is also a great selection of Soviet WWII posters. In short, highlights are simply too numerous to list.
