NOT GREAT PICKUP OPTIONS
I've been buying from them for years. My one wish would be that they would offer more options for pickups. Like Saturdays or after work options.

Terrible shipping
Bought about 50 comics for a couple hundred. They were wrapped so tight in bubble wrap without any cardboard protecting the corners of the comics. It's baffling the amount of auction houses on this app that don't care about the items they sell.

Smooth transaction
I actually picked up one item, and had one fragile item sent to me. Both transactions went smoothly, and I'm extremely happy with the non-fragile item, since I'd been looking for it for a while. The staff was efficient and friendly.
