Sydney Rare Book Auctions

Sydney Rare Book Auctions is a Sydney based auction house that specialises in rare, antiquarian and collectible books, maps, manuscripts, ephemera and posters. The two directors are Paul Feain and David Byrne who have between them over 50 years experience in the rare book trade. Paul Feain established the Cornstalk Bookshop in 1980 and is now one of Sydney’s leading antiquarian booksellers. Paul is a member of ANZAAB and general secretary of ILAB. David Byrne has a broad media background, having worked as a journalist, publisher, digital creative and television producer. He has a passion for all things books and is keenly interested in collectibles relating to early Australian settlement.
