New England Book Auctions, formerly Oinonen Book Auctions, holds a unique position in the antiquarian book market as the only full-time auction gallery in New England dedicated to the sale of rare books and related materials. Each year we conduct 24 auctions, and publish 12 catalogues of rare books, manuscripts, maps, prints, graphics, ephemera, etc. We also conduct 6 auctions per year of antiques and decorative arts. Now under the ownership of New England Auctions LLC and entering our 31st year, NEBA conducts over 25 auctions per year, and our catalogues are respected for their high standards of bibliographical accuracy and objectivity. The prices realized published after each catalogue sale help set the fair market value for the antiquarian book trade, as they are published each year in American Book Prices Current. Our catalogues are distributed worldwide. The auctions are held in the historic Hotel Northampton in Northampton, Massachusetts, in the heart of the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. Our sales are convenient to reach by highway from both the New York and Boston metropolitan areas, and are 45 minutes from Bradley International Airport in Connecticut.
