I am totally satisfied with my experience

Not only was the Tiffany vase stunning but the auction itself was very well run and they made shipping very easy unlike some high-end auction houses. Vase arrived quickly and well packed.

They responded quickly to my requests and met their commitments with regards to item condition and pickup arrangements.

They ship the items to you, no need to find a shipper! Made this simple and easy in comparison to other auction houses. Items as described. Thanks.

nice painting

In 25 years of purchasing, borrowing, and shipping artwork, I am not sure I ever had a worse experience than this. Initially it was all due to them dropping a character (in transcription) from my email address but never bothering to follow up and send to correct address. I would not ship with Arta again.

The was a serious issue with the one item I wanted in the lot. It was not photographed in a manner that you could see it or called out in the listing. I contacted them upon receipt and no response.

Impeccable, hard to find unique items. Even better in person. We have worked with Rago both on and offline (on LA) for many years now. They are always professional. We enjoy using LA because of the ease and just pay the additional fee. Excellent auction house! David and his team are just the best!

Great photographs. Painless process

I normally cringe when an auction house doesn't have in house shipping. But Rago has a close relationship with a local UPS store. The whole thing went smoothly.

Art works are well documented and presented for the private as well as museum collector. Their arrangement for local agencies to provide shipping services is also remarkable. We have used the UPS Store # 3837 numerous time and it gives us assurance that our art will arrive safely, promptly and well packed. We always look forward to the next auction we can be a part of.

Quick and easy transaction

From answering questions about the piece I was bidding on to the issue of shipping, this auction house anticipates and answers the questions quickly accurately. Could not be more pleased with the service and the staff of Rago Art and Auction Center. Many could learn from this group of professionals

Buying process was painless but I was concerned with shipping of a multi-piece fragile ceramic. Rago's Logistics Coordinator responded to my request for recommended shippers and put me in contact with The Packengers. They are a bit slow but took great care in packing and boxing the components and all arrived in pristine condition at a price I couldn't believe! If they have other items in my collecting area I would not hesitate to purchase from Rago again.

The beautiful painting arrived well-packed and in excellent condition. It's an exquisite piece of artwork by an artist my Mother had wanted a painting by for over 50 years. She is beaming with happiness to be able to enjoy this historical artist's work in her home.
