I paid them immediately. After almost two weeks I heard nothing from them. I sent three emails to them because they gave no telephone number. They did not answer any emails. Finally I was informed that they refunded my payment with no explanation

The auction house use top quality photos of products that they or him do not have in inventory and when you receive the items that you bidded on, you get a lessor graded products from this vendor. Also this personal does not respond to emails, and or phone calls. I believe this person is a crook. And needed your web site to scan people. I would never bid on any items for alliance auction. Buyer be WARE!!

A reliable auction house.

I did receive a coin that was not as described instead of AU was very poor crusted could hardly see the date.

It has been almost a month since I won two lots and paid them immediately. I have been contacting them about the shipping and tracking info, each time I got the same answer as "They will be shipped out soon" That "soon" time never came and I still don't have the items which I paid for. They sent me bunch of emails later on in regards to tracking but one was addressed to wrong location then cancelled, the second one addressed some name and cancelled and the third one leads to no where. I never experienced anything like this since I started to use liveauctioneers. I certainly never recommend anyone to do business with alliance auctions. I still don't know if or when I am going to get my stuff. I don't want to look into other auctions since this issue caused a lot of frustration already.
