Shipping costs too high
Cost to ship/options are locked in at very high rates. The cost to ship my 11x14 photo was 175.00. It was extremely well packed, but not for the cost.

Beware if expensive fees
First if all, I am pleased with the item I purchased. I won a nice ring for $900 But after auction house fee, credit card fee & $158 shipping charge, my total payment was over $2000! Just be aware

Incorrect dimensions
I was very disappointed that the Tuareg rug had been listed as 36” x 36” when it was closer to 48” x 48”. It does not fit on my stair landing as I had planned.

this auction company sucks!
this company sells items that require shipping, but does not offer shipping. then I sent a shipping compay to get my items and Freemans said my stuff is not paid for! it was paid for 4 days ago.

Very pleased with Cincinnati location.
The Cincinnati location is top drawer. The young lady I dealt with was extremely sharp, answered a couple of questions I had and was able to take my payment and arrange shipping all during the same phone call. She even spotted a discrepancy in my mailing address, that she corrected then and there. I will definitely be bidding with them in the future.
