What a great experience with the auction house my only complaint was the shipping cost were almost as much as what I paid for the items. I’ve dealt with this Auction house before and definitely would buy from them again.

I was very pleased with the overall efficiency and professionalism expressed in this transaction. There was an initial contact confusion because I failed to correct an outdated email in their file. Once discovered, they quickly responded very appropriately. The payment process was quite simple and the shipping costs were well within reason. A great experience, and certainly, I will look forward to the next Bertoia Auction.
