Always professional, prompt and everything well-packed.

I've been bidding and buying from Bertoia for many years and I've never had a bad experience. Real people answer the phone when you call (how often does that happen nowadays?) and when I do leave a message or send an email, someone always gets back to me quickly. Their descriptions are comprehensive and fair and the only regrets I have are the lots I didn't win.
