I have bid on and won many auctions from this auction house. Their items are always interesting and accurately described. I could not be more pleased with Flannery’s and they are great customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the liveauctioneers shipping. It is double what you would pay any UPS shipper. I had to contact liveauctioneers to remove their shipping so that I could get a more reasonable shipping quote from one of the UPS stores that works with Flannery’s. Too bad liveauctioneers is forcing this exorbitant shipping on so many of their auction houses.

I purchased what I thought was three sterling silver necklaces from this auction house. They turned out to be anything but silver scrap metal. I contacted the auction house and ask for a refund. After a lot of stressful negotiation they agreed to accept them back and give me a refund. I have not received any refund. They just keep going around in circles. I deal with auction houses all around the world. There are many auction houses out there that are reputable and do not sell fake jewelry. You might want to stay away from this auction house. This has been a very stressful experience for me.

I purchased a vintage handbag and was not informed, either in the listing photos or description, that there is a large spot on one side. This was conveniently left out of the photos by showing only the top edge of the damaged side-the spot located out-of-frame, beneath this edge. As an on-line seller myself, I find this way of doing business underhanded and unacceptable. Additionally, I received no confirmation of shipping or tracking number until I was forced to reach out. Sadly, I cannot recommend Flannery's Estate Services to others and will not purchase from them again.

Dimensions: 9 "drop and 16" length-will be back to shop on THEIR PLATFORM vs here on LA-Learned that they have their own platform which I believe will save 5 % on premium! thank you, and thank you for that info
