Prints were as shown and described. Items were swiftly packaged and delivered.

For some reason they were having difficulty getting my payment and others from PayPal. I guess it all turned out ok. I sent them the receipt from PayPal showing I had paid them and I heard nothing more.

The invoice said there was a link to be clicked to pay by Paypal, but there was no link. I corresponded with them several times by email and got nowhere, with every reply from them saying there was a link and me saying there was not. After a few days of this, I finally called to make a payment with my credit card (which I do not like to do). The person I spoke with knew that there was no link to Paypal in the invoice, in spite of the invoice saying there was. So the person responding to my emails did not know there was no link. Wasted time and effort. Eventually payment was made by my credit card over the phone.

I'm very happy and i reive good stamps.

The auction has been over for a couple of weeks I have sent two emails and phoned several times to give them my CC info They are never open and the voice email is full so I can't leave a message. Overall not a good experience so far

The only negative experience related to this purchase resulted from the shipping process. Fusco told me when I called them that they'd prefer I use UPS and when I got the UPS quote I was told that shipping would cost me approx. $150 US. Although I have had bad experiences with ups in the past (for instance delivering a laptop by leaving on my front porch in view of the street) I assumed I had no other option. I did not know about UPS's reputation for overcharging brokerage fees for items shipped to Canada. Once the item arrived at customs I was told they would require an additional $90 from me before I could accept my item. that would have increased my shipping charge significantly. I ended up doing a self brokerage process and paid $13 instead. luckily I live only 5 minutes from the Canada customs office. The only mistake Fusco made, I think, is either not offering other shipping options or not knowing the consequences of shipping to Canada with ups allowing them to be up front about the true cost of shipping. I am happy with my purchase. I would buy from Fusco again. I think your industry should be more aware and open about UPS problems. A quick Google search of: UPS, avoid, brokerage, Canada. Condition was not described on the item when it was received it had obvious foxing. Was easy for someone to describe and just by chance the few items that didn't were photographed.

More auction houses should accept payment by PayPal, like Fusco does!!!
