RUDE, I WILL NEVER BID WITH THIS HOUSE AGAIN. I WAS TREATED AS A FOOL. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED MY CALLS WAS NASTY AND RUDE.

I bought 3 items and they coordinated pick up on a certain date and helped walk out the items with my son in my absence and treated my son extremely well. Just a class act. Very kind and quick in billing and transitioning to shipping or pick up.

Loved meeting these people. They went out of their way to make arrangements for me, and the merchandise was great-just as described. No disappointments whatsoever.

Poor customer service. Multiple emails and no response. Paid promptly. Auction sites should take ownership of shipping especially with Buyers premium. E Bay does not have this problem. In the end this is just an expensive ebay knock-off.

Description was pretty accurate and additional information was provided timely upon request. However post-sale experience was unsatisfactory due to poor communication and responsiveness. It took 10 days and several unanswered request to have the lot handed over to the shipper. Shipping was unsatisfactory in terms of costs and timeliness. Although the latter is not seller responsibility no other options are offered by the auction house so that the service turns to be a sort of monopoly with obvious overpricing effect.

Reliable auctioneer who has been in business a long time. The place looks like a mess, but they get good consignments and everything is handled professionally.

They use a shipping service. They were horrible. They charged me very close to the cost of what I paid for the auction item itself, which almost doubled the cost of the item making the cost of the item more than it was worth. UPS is ridicules. I contacted Ron Rhoads and they were going to retrieve the item from the shipper after they found out what they were going to charge me. That never happened.

I am a professional. At any one time there are three to four trucks on the road delivering merchandise either to me, or to my customers. We are active auction house (not Ebay) bidders on multiple platforms, and spend on average $600, 000 per year with them. This place is a rats nest of amateurs. Do not bid with confidence as you will be sadly disappointed.

Very nicely organized and had no problem with shipping. Wrapped very well and all arrived safe and sound. Very happy!!!

Love the auction house and staff is superb!

When I followed the process for delivery on the description, no one immediately responded. When I was able to follow up a second time I found that Ron Rhoads decided the shipping was better and cheaper to accomplish in house, and just sent me the item with the request just to send back a check for the mailing only. Typically, the delivery process needs to be arranged with an outside party and is much more expensive. I was very pleased.

I was trying to find out how to sign up (I am originally from PA) and I called and left a vm and Eileen called me right back. Gotta say I totally miss that East Coast "let's get to it when we chat" conversation. She was great, answered my questions, asked pertinent ones to make sure I wasn't crazy (well... lol) excellent questions that help to protect her clients ie making sure I wasn't going to bid and run. I answered, she said, "ok, I will approve you when I get back, I appreciate the call" I thanked her. As busy as she was we chatted a good 10-15 minutes. Auction time came, I bid, I won, I called, I got billed correctly, I paid, they shipped. BOOM. I will definitely be back. I live in the midwest now and dealing with down to earth East Coast folks (I used to hit all the auctions live and in person back in the day) made me realize how much I miss it. I will DEFINITELY be bidding with Rhoads Auctions again! Thanks for allowing me to bid with you. And shout out to Shane, he was fantastic with post item win questions!!!:)
