I have bought from Ron Rhoads auctioneers for close to twenty years and have never been disappointed in what I receive.

I tried to message Rhon Roads about that i havent got payment instructions from the UPS and therefore not being able to pay for the delivery. UPS is not answering the emails i sent to them either. So for me this was not at all a good experience because i am not going to have the items i bought from Ron Rhoads! I am really dissapointed!! Annika

Dolls were gorgeous and in like-new condition. I was in contact with auction house regarding method of payment. They accepted a check. Of-course they waited 10 days to make sure the check cleared. The dolls were pack exceptionally well. My only complaint would be that the very large shipping box was left on my very wet porch. We have had a lot of rain in the Atlanta area. I would have appreciated it if the box had been placed in a large plastic bag. Luckily, there was a layer of thick bubble wrap on the bottom and up the sides of the box, as well as around each doll, and that kept any sogginess off of the dolls. I look forward to dealing with this auction house again.

I was given a reminder on items I wished to bid on. From there I was easily able to bid. Each step was clear on how to pay, etc. Would definitely do business with again!

We have dealt with this auction house for years and they really care about their bidders. We normally go in person but couldn't this time. Their auctions are usually fun and loaded with great items.

I was very happy with item and auction process but this auctioneer ships ALL items to a UPS store for onward shipment. I won my item on November 2nd and received in UK on December 14th! I had to constantly chase UPS store to get item shipped. item-a dollhouse carpet measuring 5.25 x 7.25 inches-was packed in a 13 x 10 x 4 inch box at over $91 shipping cost with tracking but no insurance. This is ridiculous as it could easily have gone in a padded envelope as I asked which would have not only saved considerable cost but also environmental packaging waste. original shipment quote was nearer $200 and I had to work hard to get a USPS option. Sadly I can never buy from this auctioneer again whilst they use this system.

Always watch for these auctions. Fabulous items for dollhouses.

Photo was of a bright yellow rug and yellow chairs. Received several weeks later... it was peace/pink. I bought based on yellow of the photographs. They will not accept they falsely represented what I thought I was bidding on. No integrity, they know someone there that took an improper photo and it did not MAKE IT RIGHT. This is disgusting. Greed and lying to your customers will shadow you and your name always. You should have made this right. Wish I could show the photos to compare what I re dived vs what is shown on their auction site. All seat cushions also fell out of chairs.... really sad descriptions to make money. A liar is a liar.... yellow is yellow unless all of you are color blind.

A great job of packing a heavy antique sewing machine. Fast shipping hope to do more with them on there next auction.

Very outdated and disorganized for online bidders. It was a terrible experience.

I'm afraid it's my last time with Rhoads Auctions... I bought several lots in their Spring auction, and then had endless trouble getting timely responses from them in order to pay... and then, the worst was the shipping.... it was several weeks before I could find out IF the items had been transported to UPS or where they were... and Pottstown UPS (their chosen provider) NEVER responded to my contacts. FINALLY Rhoads contacted them and they kindly called me to say they were charging almost $200.00 to send my few items-nothing heavy, nothing that big... RIDICULOUS!

Their outside shipping service packed all items well but seemed to be delayed shipping due to volume they were handling.
