I paid for items with credit card and shipping got items in mail, then went on line and said they had filed a dispute. called them the next day told them the situation and they said someone would get back with me, they never did and went on line that night and it said it had been resolved. it is just frustrating that you pay on time and follow the rules that happens

Always a pleasant experience with Ron Rhoads. They are conscientious dealers. Great if over-exuberant packing. (too much tape in each item.)

I was completely satisfied with the auction house, but not with live auctioneers. I bid on five items, and it was indicated that my "bid had been sent". I never saw my bid again. The computer froze on the aforementioned message; then when it unfroze, five or six other bids would flash up on the computer screen with a "Sold for" message. I really never received the opportunity to bid on those items. The lack of smooth and systematic recording of bids was very disappointing.

only process i don't is shipping always paid lot more. other wise every thing is fine.

It would be convenient if they had some weekend hours for pick-up.

Disruption was totally off. Said 8 inch vase but it was 5 1/2 inches.
