Proper paid invoice/receipt was not provided.

I paid the invoice through paypal as asked by the auction house, the money left my bank account on 03/02/16 and two weeks later I received another invoice. I have sent emails to the address that was provided but only once received an answer saying I would be informed of shipping costs shortly. This never happened and subsequent emails were not answered anymore. I still have not received my items despite paying for my lot 3 weeks ago.

Great place with very friendly and helpful staff!

They told me they were open 4 hours. After driving an hour for pickup, they were out to lunch for the first hour, and were rude when they finally opened the door. Their credit card payment system didn't work, so I had to go to a bank machine and get cash.

Payment continues to be complicated, they have not responded to my question about pick up. These guys seem to not know what they are doing.

They were great! Looking forward to more auctions.
