I was unfamiliar with the bidding process and missed out on four other items I thought I was bidding on-but learned that I was not bidding at all. I have sincee learned the procedure. It was a learning experience I do not wish to experience again. As I live just a short distance from Witherell's it was easy for me to pick up the item I did win.

I've known the Witherells (father and son) for years. They're good people, and they're both honest, so my opinion may be biased on the positive side.

They did packing & shipping Onsite and it was exceptional and very reasonable. Highest marks.

They don't allow credit card payments and that's a major drag. Also, the billing was initially incorrect. The item was exactly as advertised. And, the shipping was fast, the packing was excellent and the pack ship price was fair. Thanks.

Have done business with this auction house for a few years, spent thousands of dollars, and never had an issue. This time invoice came with tax though they have seller's permit number on file, never revised invoice, sent invoice with $35.00 late fee and $40.00 shipping for shipment within the same state that should have been no more than $15.00.

I WAS CHARGED $64 TO SHIP AN UNDER 7 POUND FEDEX BOX FRON SACREMENTO TO SAN DIEGO WHICH ACTUALLY COST THE AUCTION HOUSE UNDER $20 TO SHIP. I AM REACHING A POINT WHERE I MAY NO LONGER BID ON LIVE AUCTIONEER AUCTIONS. YOU NEED TO PUT SOME PERAMETERS ON THESE HOUSES OR INTERNET BUYERS ARE GOING TO FLEE.... LIKE I AM. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF
