Auction item won was never received and I have not received any response from Turner Auctions regarding items. Shipping was to handled thru Live Auctions but per their records the items were not available when they attempted pick up.

Recommended in-house shipper is a disaster.

I have bid on and won many items in the past from Turner auctions. My experience is always favorable! They offer great items that are well described. Highly recommend!

Make sure that you have a qualified shipper before you bid and are awarded won items because there is little coordination between the auction house and the shippers that they qualify as legitimate shippers.

Turner Auctions was a pleasure to do business with.... Liveauctioneers on the other hand is a criminal enterprise. After multiple attempts at finalizing my tax exempt status with Liveauctioneers.... they charged me sales tax even though I hold a valid CA Resale license and submitted the necessary resale certificate. Turner Auctions and myself submitted over a 1/2 dozen emails trying to persuade Liceauctioneers to amend my invoice prior to the auto charge to my credit card... but to no avail. I picked up my items, Turner Auctions apologized but their hands were tied. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State of CA Attorneys General Office.... Liveauctioneers has yet to refund the $194.12 in sales taxes they illegally collected from me. I will be reporting them directly to the CA Franchise Tax Board next.... let them go through a full state audit and see how they like that. Turner Auctions is a reputable business.... Liveauctioneers..... probably run by the MOB.

Purchased a single lot with two small Lalique pieces. Both were accurately described. Excellent customer service. The staff referred me to a local UPS store where they did a great job packing as well as shipping at a reasonable price. Usually prefer in-house shipping. However, Turner and the local UPS Store all around, provided an excellent experience. Thank you.

This auction house does NOT ship and the shipper they recommend is super super expensive and insanely slow. It has been weeks after I paid for my items and paid over 250 $shipping and I still not have received my lots

I hate dealing with third party shippers which I had to do here. Also their buyers premium of 29 % is on the high side.
