Great company very satisfied

Dargate doesn't ship so shipping is done thru Live Auctioneers. I asked for a quote for shipping BEFORE I bid to gauge what I'd bid, I was told $55, I won the auction at only $10 above minimum value posted and was charged and additional $40 above the price i was given, they claimed because I paid $10 more than the low value, so THAT justifies a $40 increase in shipping? Also, the lamp weighed less than 10lbs but they used literally 20lbs of packing materials to ship it!!!! I've bought bigger lamps and swung vases and shipped with far less packing and COST and they all arrived in one piece. I paid a premium for unnecessary packing materials and will no longer bid in Live Auctioneers auctions where they do the shipping.

Dargate was fantastic and we love our purchases. There was a slight mixup on payment but they were extremely responsive and got things sorted right away. We had some issues with communication with LiveAuction and the shipping partner they organized, but none of this was on Dargate-they were fantastic and I would definitely use them again and go with one of shippers they recommended instead of LiveAuction.

I had a great experience my first time bidding and working with Dargate to receive my item. Any time I had a question I always received a quick answer.
