This is my first experience with Liveauctioneers and Brown Auction & Real Estate. The experience was a very good one. Communication with Brown was excellent. Shipping, which was not known until after the auction turned out to be very reasonable. Item was very well packaged and just as described. Brown provided fast replies to questions. Overall a great experience and I would gladly deal again with this seller again.

The best thing is they provide the shipping rate before bidding so there is no surprise or regret after winning the item. Their in house shipping rate was also very reasonable. one thing that stops me from bidding is high shipping rate not with Browns Auction. I am looking forward to joining their auction again.

They have their act together more so than many other auction businesses. Their customer interface is second to none other.
