This is my first experience with Simrit and the process was easy, with fast shipping. They were very responsive to any questions, even before I won the auction. The only drawback is that when my stones came, they were darker than I expected. I suspect that they photograph their stones with intense lighting... so expect the item to be darker in color than you see on your screen.

Purchased loose gems and a bracelet. The colors in the photos of the gems were intensified, actual gems were not as shown on auction website. Bracelet was described as 7.5 inches. Measurement was taken from one end of the clasp to the other. Actual bracelet circumference was 7, if that. Will not purchase from here again.

Gemstones were advertised as being worth over $400 and they are not. Not even close! Will never buy again.

I have bid with Simrit several times. Each time I have found the description of the item and the pictures thereof to be accurate. The items have been rapidly shipped with adequate tracking and well packaged. I would bid with Simrit again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these folks. Quality of the items are great, they shipped quickly and securely, and they worked with me readily and forthrightly on a small issue. They are prompt at replying to messages regarding various measurements and sizes, and are quite knowledgeable. They have an amazing collection of unique items-wish I had unlimited funds and space.
