Responsive service and appropriately packed
Matsart was communicative, professional, and courteous. Answered my questions and really put an effort into making sure things were ok with my purchase. The packing job they did on my painting was economical, sturdy and appropriate for international shipping and this fragile object arrived in good condition by DHL.

I was nervous...
Having never purchased something like this artwork online, I was a little nervous about the whole auction process. Matsart Auctioneers and their rep were so helpful, patiently answering my questions before I won the auction as well as after the auction. I just received my piece of art and couldn't be more pleased. It was beautifully packed and arrived in perfect condition. I won't be as nervous next time. This was a breeze!
