When packing glass frames and putting one on top of the other and using the thinnest of bubble wrap one would expect what I received-broken glass-trying to get pictures out of frames with broken slivers of glass is dangerous and hurts the artwork

Everyone was very nice and helpful at first. But one item was not packed with any bubble wrap around a marble base and it broke. I sent photos and they said they were waiting on info from post. Never got back to me after several requests.
