The title above pretty much sums up our experience I was able to obtain all the pre purchase photos and information required to understand the purchase. The description and photos were accurate, shipping was excellent and the Auction House was easy to deal with. We hope to purchase again in the future.

I would have rated 5 stars, but the frame did not have a hanging cable attached. Seemed petty to me for it not to be installed on a purchase exceeding $1k.

I recently bid on, and won, two pieces of art from Broward Auction Gallery. Although both pieces seemed a little less brilliant in color when they arrived at my house than they appeared in Broward's online advertisements, one of the paintings was decidedly dull-almost brown in places that showed as bright white online. So I wrote a negative review about Broward, suggesting they had advertised a painting in a very bright light that distorted the color very, very favorably to the seller, but to the point of showing this painting in a way that did not represent reality to the buyer. Very shortly after my negative review was published, a representative from Broward Auction Gallery contacted me by phone to discuss the painting in question. He offered to take the painting back and refund my money, including what I had bid for the painting, the buyer's premium, sale's tax, shipping, my shipping to return the painting I didn't like-every expense that had been incurred in connection with this sale. Furthermore, when I received the check, he had rounded it up. This is an auction house that is eager to please its customers. It is eager to stay in business. It acts quickly, professionally, proactively, courteously, and knowledgeably. Having seen first hand how Broward Auction Gallery jumps into action to provide top notch service to a distant, small customer, I have absolutely no hesitation about recommending Broward to every reader. These folks are great! If you haven't done business with them already, give them a try. They will take great care of you!
