So, my item arrived damaged but the auction house was very helpful in resolving the problem and the UPS store was also very helpful. The description of the item was excellent and even though it was damaged in shipping, as sometimes things are damaged, the experience could have been very bad. However, the staff was so great and returned my calls quickly and the insurance covered the item, so what else can you do? It's easy to give a good review when everything goes smoothly, but what really tells you the quality of a company is how they handle things when there is a problem. This is a great auction house and I will buy from them again. Thank you for making a possibly difficult situation get resolved easily and smoothly.

One of the most accommodating, warm, kind auction houses I have dealt with. Not only did I forget to pick up my piece for weeks, when I did send someone to pick up they were closed and without asking they volunteered to run over, open and meet the person picking up. This is New York-not the Midwest. Let me not forget I love my purchase-I highly recommend CAPSULE GALLERY AUCTION!!!!!
