Beautiful Shipping for Fragile items
This was so easy as compared to other houses. The packaging was excellent and the merchandise description was modest since the merchandise was in better condition then described. This is much appreciated. Exceeded expectations on every aspect.

High Quality Every Step of the Way!
This was my first time participating in a Lion and Unicorn auction, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish! I purchased two Coalport dinner plates in the Cairo pattern, both of which were packed so beautifully and carefully in a sturdy cardboard box. There was also a handwritten thank you note included, a gesture that I found very elegant and thoughtful. I also liked being able to watch the auction broadcast live and being able to see the auctioneers, who were very nicely dressed. These details mean a great deal to me, and I imagine there are many others who value this level of quality as much as I do. I look forward to participating in future auctions at Lion and Unicorn!
