This auction house seems to have a different ideal of the grading system for model trains. (what they claim as a C-7 or C-8 is more of a C-5 or C-6.) Not enough pictures of the items to see if there is any hidden damage and they do not mention if the items are damaged or missing parts. They also do not follow up with a tracking number when the items have shipped, they just show up at your doorstep unexpectedly. Not too impressed with this auction house.

I paid Nette auction on March 23rd with PayPal, I have not received my items as of 4/4/16.................. very slow company, no notification etc etc.

The packaging was superb-the best I have ever experienced!!

SHIPPING PRICES ARE OUT OF LINE (TOO HIGH COMPARED TO ITEMS SHIPPED TO ME FROM OTHER DISTRIBUTORS) ALSO MORE PHOTO'S OF TRAIN ENGINES (WHEELS AND PICKUP ROLLERS) THIS WOULD GIVE US A BETTER IDEA OF THE CONDITION OF THE ENGINE. THANKS

This auction house is great. My major problem is with the Liveacutions bid process. When I bid in advance at other sites I know if I am the high bidder or not, and I know how much higher my maximum bid is over the current high price. At Liceauctions I don't know where I stand until the auction itself. This is frustrating fro me and I suspect for other bidders as well. Frankly, this issue has discouraged me from bidding on this auction site and others supported by Liveauctions. In all other respects you system is excellent. Please upgrade you system with this feature. Thank you, FMP

Graded much higher than actual grade of item. Very obvious defects that were not disclosed. Grading was misleading and it was on a high dollar item. I will be contacting auction house as I just received item this week. Not happy about this and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to see the damage.

NETTE was again a fine experience and they are a very professional group to work with. They went above and beyond any auction house I have done business with in regards to the careful and professional processing of packaging goods. This was especially evident on precious cargo pertaining to our hobby of Model Railroading. I focus on the special wrapping and reinforced protection used to protect Postwar Era items which are closely regarded in the hobby as very scarce and valued as "antiques". I have been a member of the TCA for over 20 years (along with the LCCA) and would not hesitate to recommend them with a high rating to any member and/or individuals I come into contact with in the hobby and at hobby swap meets and associated meetings. My thanks and kindest warmest regards to the staff at NETTE and I look forward to to my next auction participation. JDC...

Extremely happy with the experience.

I was very pleased with everybody I spoke with prior to the auction and on an issue that occurred during the auction. Everybody was professional, helpful, and friendly.

After all this time i don't receive my items and never receive a shipping confirmation or a tracking number... Very poor auctionner's services......

Would be nice to have higher resolution photos which you could enlarge further and better see the details of the items.

I felt the shipping charges of $47 were excessive.

This relates to my auction of 12/26 (Lot 92-December 26 Online Trains & Diecast). The item I purchased was of a good description and picture BUT the Train Locomotive did not function. I had to refurbish the engine before it worked. NOT a huge deal.. I just expected it to be in better condition when rated as C-7

Very nice item, promptly billed me, fair and on time shipping, good packing. I would like to have received confirmation that they got my payment or a note that the set was shipped. Overall fine and will deal with them again.

had to call a couple of times regarding change of address and staff was most helpful and responsive. Had one foul up when they used our old address by mistake but they corrected the error with UPS and called me back to confirm that the shipment was redirected to the correct address. Overall very satisfied with every purchase from this firm.

I asked for delivery before Christmas if possible, although with holiday mail being very slow to Canada, I didn't really expect it. But thanks to Nette's efforts, the parcels arrived on December 21st-excellent service!
