Great job!

Shipping fees charged are excessive.

Your shipping costs are very expensive and I still haven't received my 3 auctions that I won. I paid the first business day with a credit card so it's been working on 2 weeks plus.

We need more pictures: my opinion is not only to this auction house, if a comment for all. They have to upload more pictures with more details

Shipping prices are astronomical. You would get more for your items if shipping was reasonable.

Item was better than described, and packing was excellent.

Item described as C9 & shown that way in photos. Arrived broken and useless. I assume damage in transit. Still no response from NETTE after inquiring a week ago.

Went to the auction house to pick up my purchase. Also their new location was easier to get to from the interstate than the previous location which was beneficial.

I've known Mark Tobias from the train shows, and he's encouraged me to bid. The first time I tried it didn't work, but this time was TOTALLY successful. NETTE is AWESOME to deal with. I paid immediately and on Monday got a follow up e-mail and the WONDERFUL gal I spoke with said it was just a procedure, and that I was marked as paid. I WILL be buying from you again!!!! My first experience with live auctioneers in date of 03/10/2015. Very bad: no answer in responding questions or concerns, i bought a lot, paid next day but since no more news.... always waiting to receive "tracer number" (if the product is shipped????). I stay confident, but i begin to have doutes....

Charge too much for shipping.. Also auction houses should recognize that having an event on line results in more action an higher bids for them so on line bidders through a service should not be penalized with higher fees than an in person bidder.

It will be great to have more than one picture for each item

have received many broken items not noted in description... shipping charges are very high... description of items could be much better
