Generally a good experience; I would be happy to buy from The Scanlan Collection again. Before bidding I requested some additional photos of the lot; these were provided in a timely fashion, and of good quality. Communication was efficient and friendly. On completion of the purchase, the in-house shipping was excellent; the item arrived in the UK very quickly and well wrapped.

Wonderful treasure
Astonished to find this 17th Century Japanese bowl (mizusashi for tea ceremony) being offered on line. Was sent immediately after payment, and received quickly (well packed). Very happy with object and have been enjoying looking at it's beauty of chrysanthemums and butterflies.
