GREAT TO DEAL WITH!!

Been buying from White's for close to 10 years. Even attended several in person. But since Live Auctioneers required all shipping through them; what used to take days now takes weeks. I paid the invoice immediately, yet it still took 3 weeks, a couple phone calls and finally a direct email to have my 6 little toys shipped. It's not White's fault, but complaining to Live Auctioneers doesn't seem to do any good until several weeks go by after the auction ends. They should have the option to ship in-house.

The service was good, but the shipping costs were too high.

Shipping was well packed but expensive and slow.

lot of 9 ww2 German medals 5 or more fakes. obviously does not know militaria.

The product was delivered in a meticulous and protective manner, and both items I ordered were delivered exactly as I ordered them.

My first experience with Whites Auction was very good. Item accurately described. Payment was easy. They were very responsive to my questions. A plus company … I would definitely buy from again. However, shipping was arranged by Live Auctioneers. The shipping was reasonable, and the packaging was excellent.

First class, very professional

After years of searching, I was finally able to get my hands on an original Orr & Painter US Mail collection box from the 1870's. Pretty rare piece of Americana and with it's original paint and condition, I couldn't be happier. Well packed and shipped fast too. I'm glad White's offered it for sale. Bidding, purchase, paying and shipping all went smoothly.

Even though I'm 6 hours away I've made the drive several times to White's in MA. I've also purchased from them through the on-line auction houses. Terrific people to deal with; honest, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One of the best overall auctions houses I've dealt with in 50 years.

White's consistentlyi offers a diverse range of high level goods, in a very comfortable setting, and with a personal, knowledgeable touch from the principals.

Great auction house, items were accurately described. no issues in payment process. i decided to pick up items in person and they kept a prompt appointment and had my items wrapped for transport when I arrived. no issues auction house.

I was dissatisfied with the items I received. They were not, I feel, described correctly. One of the lamps had a piece too big to accommodate the top piece. If I had known that I could not have bid.

Item exactly as described. Asked them questions and if they didn’t know they said they weren’t sure. Shipping was a little spending.

Frames were period and were removed for shipping.

my morst experence on liveauctioners ever. from bidding with whites auction house to the stuff i got. one poster was totally fake a zerox., most of the other stuff was pur ********** that were in frames to look like expensive stuff instead they were worth only a couple dollars. total fell like ripped off and its the first time after buyin ten of thousdallors on this site.

Be aware that this auction house uses a third-party shipping company. I bought an 8-1/2 X 11 in. paper document that was in a light-weight frame. Couldn’t weigh more than 1 lb. I was charged over $100 in shipping to receive my item. It was kind of like paying ransom.

Photos and the text description omitted damage in the form of a 2 "tear in the canvas.
