Great Customer Service
I purchased an antique folding chair from these good people. Shippers wanted up to $700 to send it to me. White’s took my chair to the UPS store for me and using their contacts and powers of persuasion, got me an excellent deal on my shipping. I am SO IMPRESSED. They really went above and beyond to help me out. These are people you can trust to take great care of their customers. They have my highest thanks and appreciation!

Weeks after the auction, Whites finally contacted me cancelling one lot After several messages they finally said they’d sold it on the floor instead Since then I’ve asked about the other lot I won; no response

Sorry for the delay.... did not at the time realize how to remove an item from the invoice and it was overlooked. Have since taken that step and as soon as you approve the change a revised invoice will be sent.

$8, 750.00 item arrived broken into pieces. White's refused to take responsibility.
Warning. If you buy from White's Auctions you are buying from a seller who does not care about his paying customers. We buy from sellers all over the world. This was our worst experience buying on Live Auctioneers.

They just want to hear what they want. When you ask them a question, they completely Ignore it, and ask what they want in return without answering you. They never pick up the phone, almost as If it's only John White (the owner) running the whole auction-not being good at it either...

Wish there were more pictures of the items and condition of the items; also, buyers premium very high but items packed well
