Great auction and great people what more can you ask for.

Excellent experience.

I was startled at prohibitive shipping costs. I won a $150, 8 pound item on White's Auction and was blown away by a quote of $96 by their shipping contractor to ship the item from Vermont to Chicago. After my protest the the cost was reduced to $74. I am very unhappy and will not bid on White's Auction again

A very smooth transaction and SUPERB ring at a reasonable price. The payment procedure was quite satisfactory. The recommended shipper was great and the items arrived safely, quickly and securely packed.

"We encourage you to rate your experience after receiving your items" 33 days and a dozen emails (to Live auctioneers and White's) after the auction ended I can't even get this thing paid for. I bid on 40-50 auctions/year being a collector of some higher-end collectibles. This auction house has some issues. It is the most expensive/least competent of any I deal with. Live auctioneers should vet auction houses and qualify who should be allowed to charge obscene rates (30 % if paid by card) as to the level of service etc they provide that justifies that rate. White's.... respond to clients when they try paying for won lots. 4 emails sent to??? because of a typo is not the buyer's fault. 30 % bp should include autopay like the good auctions have@ 20 % bp. I won't be back.

This item in particular was absolutely TOP rate!! their in house shipping is extremely reasonable, and I greatly look forward to doing business with them again many times!!

After over 10 years of bidding on online auctions, I can say that White's Auctions is one of the best. Before the auction, I had a few questions about an item. They answered the questions quickly, honestly, and in detail. After I won a few items, they quickly prepared them for shipping in-house and I received the items exactly as they had been described. A pleasure from start to finish. I give White's Auctions my highest recommendation.
