Kabe auctions seems to be unaware that their shipping vendor is participating in deceptive business practices. I was a victim of price gouging. After providing a detailed description to the shipping company of the item I had purchased, I was given a shipping quote of 37 dollars. A small 4x4 inch glass vase with a purchase price of 50 dollars. When the item was ready to ship, the price was increased to 79 dollars with no explanation or breakdown for the shipping charge. I feel like a victim of deceptive business practice. This shipping company uses a strategy of bait and switch to lock in your business then inflate the charge when it is time to pay. I can only imagine how many other people have been taken in this fashion. Be advised. Although I am not sure if Kabe auctions is aware of this practice, they definitely need to be. So yes I do put blame on Kabe for referring me to a business that is engaged in price gouging.

When I contacted the auction house with the shipping information, they said the item had been sold to someone on the floor. They had a new employee who did this and they were very sorry. I had already paid for my item so they said they would credit it back to me. Not happy at all!
