Very Responsive Service.
Really friendly, helpful people. They made payment and pick up very easy and my purchases were wrapped very well. The items I purchased were exactly as described and the pictures reflected them well. I look forward to buying from them again.

Difficulty picking up item because of parking

Went well but payment was a minor inconvenience
Everything went smoothly and I'd do it again. But to pay with a credit card, I had to call them and then pay the credit card fee, which isn't very customer friendly.

They stand up for their reputation
I found an issue with one of the vase had two cracks missing from item description. They were sorry for the miss and promptly agree to a partial refund. They stand up for their reputation, good to know you can trust them

Item was delivered to the wrong address & not returned.
Item was $880 it was delivered to the wrong address at Home Depot. Never picked up or returned. I never got reimbursement.

Top Class Auction House
We've bought a few things from Treadway. Always excellent items in excellent condition. Any questions ahead of time were answered quickly. This time, the carrier (FedEx) seemed to have lost track of the item. Dave at Treadway was terrific-very responsive and kept me informed of progress. The item arrived, albeit late, but in excellent shape. Very happy with the experience.
