We would like to reiterate to you as the buyer, we are not the packing and shipping offices. We are the auction company and we only handled the item you bid on and won in auction to photograph, catalog and sell the item online. We had no reason to enter the conversation since the issue was being handled with the packing and shipping company. We do also understand the packing and shipping company sent you the claim check to compensate you for the lose. At this time we feel this review should be removed as it is not associated with our auction company but with the packing and shipping company that handled the buyers items.

Per the email conversation with Premier Xpress they did state to you this item is RECOMMENDED to be picked up due to the fragileness of the item. They did also explain to you that you were required to send back them item to receive a FULL refund which includes the cost of the item and SHIPPING. You did not respond to their emails or through the messaging app with the follow items that they requested to file a claim for you. We do apologize that your item was damaged in transit by the FEDEX drivers themselves not Premier Xpress. Please be honest when leaving reviews.
