In all the years I've been bidding at auctions online I have never left a review, good or bad. I just got off the phone with Jason at Oakwood Auctions in Canada. Last night while trying to buy a stamp for my son I accidentally hit the bid bar on a group of stamps that would have cost a lot of money. This has happened to me twice in the past when bidding on my iPad. If you pick it up the wrong way it will re-orient itself and you can accidentally hit the bid bar, which I did. Luckily in the past I was not the high bidder. I explained the situation to Jason and he immediately removed it from my invoice. Not only that, but he was simply very nice and down to earth to speak with, in addition to being very personable. We talked a little bit about sports, and about how they invoice clients, which includes shipping. I wish all auction houses did that. It's streamlines the process, and just makes sense. If you are looking to buy from this auction house, or have items to consign, this is the type of company you want to work with, one with honesty and integrity. Thank you Jason, I appreciate your help.
