I think the lot I bought, a pen, was over packed. It arrived in a very large box contributing to the unnecessarily high priced shipping.

Their in-house shipping process was both quick and very high quality. Highly recommended.

Loved several things about this auction house-they responded honestly about the condition of the piece, the buyer’s premium was reasonable (20 %), and most importantly, the amount you would pay for shipping was stated in the information about the item you were considering. Since I have encountered LOTS of major problems in securing reasonable shipping for auction wins, this was a major plus from my perspective! My lot was also promptly shipped, and I received it in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend them without reservation.

I won the bid and requested shipping information via email. I received a follow up email that when the items are wrapped and shipped I will get the shipping information. Under their terms and conditions shipping is within 3-5 days. It took reaching out toLiveAuctioneers.com to get any shipping information. Taurus was rude and ignored my multiple requests for shipping information. I won three small jewelry items and the items should not have been that hard to ship in a timely manner. There is a lot of fraudulent activity in auctions and getting shipping information in a timely manner helps to curb a lengthy process that can contribute to fraud without recourse for getting your money returned without another lengthy process. I did finally receive the items. It seems respectable communication is lacking in this industry once the money is received.
