I won several pipes at auction but came missing one of the pipes? I was contactby someone there who said there was a mistake and they would make it right. Two months ago..... Still nothing and no communication

The high-quality item was very well described in the catalog. The in house pack job was appropriate and pack/shipping pricing was very fair (which is becoming increasingly uncommon). The packaged item was shipped in a timely manner. Great services and no complaints!

Ask for more pictures if you have any hesitations
I recently won a framed autograph that was listed as a frame with a few surface scratches. When the frame arrived it was obvious that there was dust and dirt under the glass on the mat. We now have to open the entire frame and have it redone to get rid of the issues not described. These issues were also not noticeable in the picture on the listing.

Will not honor their discription
Sold me a fully repaired vase as perfect and will not take back, giving me their terms and conditions! If an auction house cannot stand behind a $300 purchase, they cannot be trusted

Hello Danny. The vase you purchased did not have any repairs. We asked you in several emails to please provide images of the repairs. You provided two images showing an overview of the vase. There was no repair shown in the images. As a courtesy, we offered you a refund if you returned the vase. You refused to ship back the item until you received a return label and a immediate full refund. Again, we are happy to provide a refund as a courtesy once the vase is returned. However, since you will not provide any proof that the vase has been repaired, you will have to pay for the return shipping. Once the vase has been returned you will receive a refund. Thank you.
