I enjoyed my pictures. They fit my room very well. It took the company a little while to answer my questions and shipping was a little expensive compared to others. The package was well wrapped when shipped.

Auction process was straightforward and Taurus Auctions was responsive and supplied additional information after the auction. Shipping was understandably delayed due to COVID-19 concerns. Shipping costs were fair for the size of the package. Slight damage to frame that was undisclosed but extremely happy with Taurus Auctions and the process

This auction does not normally ship oversized items but they did agree to box the item for me so I could arrange for FedEx to pick up and deliver to me. This saved me a lot of money, otherwise, I would not have been able to afford the item (due to other 3rd party shipping services ’ fees). So a big shout out to Taurus Auctions, in particular JOSEPH, for his ethics in humanity!!!

Items should have been shipped with pressboard to make sure items were better protected from potential damage, i. e. folding or bending.
